Meet Our Horses!!
Tara
Tara is a 1994 Warmblood mare who is the heart of our lesson program. She had a successful career in hunter over fences and hunter under saddle before retiring to the lesson program where she has taught many young riders the ropes. Tara retired from the lesson program in 2018 and now enjoys ruling her domain from the field and watching the other horses do all the work!
Sadly, we lost Tara in 2020 at the age of 26. She will forever be a part of our hearts and our farms legacy.
A Quinarius Rugged "Dude"
Dude is a 2004 Registered Quarter Horse Gelding who has had a successful show career in Hunters but also enjoyed Hunter paces, and dressage. Dude enjoys showing and Pony Club adventures
Robert Redford
Redford is a QH Appendix and has been in our lesson program for a number of years. Redford enjoys teaching beginners on up and you can always tell its him by his super cool sunglasses!
Belly Button
Belly is a QH cross that joined our lesson program in 2022. Belly enjoys teaching beginners on up. He loves jumping and showing from hunt seat to dressage to Cross country. schooling.
Bella Louisa
Louisa is a 2009 American Quarter Horse mare and the newest addition to our lesson Program. Louisa will be joining our show team and Pony Club team. She is being ridden and trained by Savannah Rose as an Eventer
Hope
Hope was a rescue at HAF in 2021 and is a real Cinderella story. We named her Hope in hopes that she would live!. Hope has now joined the lesson program and enjoys teaching our advanced beginner and up students.
Hershey Kiss
Hershey is 13.1 Welsh Pony with a long show history in the USHJA and USEF, he has done a little of Everything! He enjoys the slow life but has plenty of go when the need arises to be a fun ride. He enjoys teaching kids and small adults how to jump, trails, pony club and showing.
Super Cooper
Cooper joined the lesson program in 2023, he enjoys teaching beginners on up and is a barn favorite! He loves showing, or hitting the trails and taking it easy
